This quest will have to have completed the quest Tail Rudder and be Level 100, you would also be able to get level 95 spell upgrades for not only one of your main school spells but also a astral school spells which will just be 5 pip attacks that have the gods from Celestia. There will be about 8 areas that you can get to via ship.
Cool Ranch is a hot and Firecat Alley is fire themed and Mr. Lincoln could have family there, Cool Ranch already has some storks so Mr. Lincoln gets a letter from one of his family members saying that his sister/brother/cousin tried visiting him a month ago but hasn't been heard from. So Mr. Lincoln calls you to search for clues, when you get to Firecat Alley there is Ship (not bison origin but the other origin) that is crashed onto the cliff. You then go back to Mr. Lincoln and inform him of the clue you found.
Mr. Lincoln tells you to search in the library in the Commons to look for a book on how to repair ships, after repairing you will need to find out how to fly a ship so your wizard remembers that Ponce De Gibbon knows how to fly a ship. After you finish all of that nonsense you get the on the ship and head to Cool Ranch where you will find Mr. Lincoln's family. The finale of the storyline will be located in some bandit hideout where you face a undead witchdoctor (moon school rank 14, a storm rank 14, life rank 14, fire rank 14 boss minions and cheats so whenever you attack with 3+ or X pips he attacks with x2 the damage you did on him and minions heal and attack also) who caused all of this, when the fight is over you back on your ship and inform Mr. Lincolns family and Mr. Lincoln (who doesn't come with you to Cool Ranch so you have to travel back to Wizard City).
The boss at the end will drop level 100 gear for every school along with a chance to drop the astral mastery amulet (tier 1). The world will also come with a chicken, Buffaloon, and vampire all in the crown shop (except vampire) and drops (the vampire will be a drop also from the witchdoctor) and tiny Buffaloon wings as a mount.
